Our volunteer service team are currently calling Ophthalmology patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. These calls may come from an unknown or private number, so please be aware and answer if you can.
While our volunteers cannot discuss any personal treatment details or medical information, answering a few brief questions will help us better manage appointment schedules and may help reduce overall wait times for everyone.
Attending your appointment is important, even if you feel your vision has not changed, as some eye conditions can change gradually without obvious symptoms. Regular reviews help ensure any changes to your vision or eye health are identified early and managed appropriately.
