Members of the ‘Heart & Sole’ group joined forces with the ACS Cardiac Rehab walking group, creating a supportive space to get moving, share experiences, and enjoy the fresh air.

More than just a walk, the group reflects what recovery is really about, building confidence, forming friendships, and proving that care continues well beyond hospital walls. Whether living with heart failure or recovering from a cardiac event, everyone is encouraged to take those important steps forward at their own pace.

The morning ended on a relaxed note with a well-earned catch-up over coffee at the Mayor’s Café, because connection is just as important as exercise.

A special thank you goes to the dedicated team who make this possible: Thanawachara Phulphan (Om), Yemi Chapman, Sharon Deeming, and volunteer Lynn.
