image.pngSupporting the patients of GEH by assisting them to get medication in the community.  This allows people who are unable to come into the hospital to collect their prescription or those who have been discharged without their TTO medication.

  • Arrive at the Hospital to collect medication for drop off
  • Deliver medication to patients in the community
  • Cross reference patient details to ensure patient safety
  • Report back by telephone any issues to be problem solved

Location: In the community, using your own vehicle

When: We have two  daily sessions, one AM (10:00) and one PM (18:00) We are looking to obtain support for our PM sessions.
