This is an opportunity to join our growing Contact Centre Team. This is a busy role where our volunteers are helping to reduce DNA rates at the Hospital and helping teams to better utilise clinic space.

The role includes:

  • Calling patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments
  • Inputting data to a digital form
  • Supporting with additional tasks as required

Sessions are Monday to Friday, either 09:30 -13:00 or 13:30 – 15:30 dependant on availability.
