Public Board Meetings - Dates and Papers

2026/27 Public Joint Board Meetings

The Joint Board is established as a statutory joint Committee of the Boards of South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust.  The Joint Board will next meet on Wednesday 1 April 2026 from 1.30pm-3.30pm. If you would like to join this virtual meeting, please email the Board Secretary, vanessa.nicholls@geh.nhs.uk by 10am on Monday 30 March 2026 to register.  You will then be sent a diary invitation to access the meeting.  

We will also be recording the Public Meeting and publishing this on both trust's website for full transparency. If you would like to submit or ask a question at the Board meeting about matters within the meeting agenda, please contact vanessa.nicholls@geh.nhs.uk by 10am on Monday 30 March 2026.

It may not be possible to answer your question verbally within the meeting. In this case, a response may be sent to you separately by email. If the response is complex, it may be necessary to treat your question as a Freedom of Information (FOI) request to ensure that you receive a response within statutory timescales.
