Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

PALS will help with enquiries and concerns providing on the spot resolution where possible. The service can also provide advice on whether your concerns should be passed to the Complaints Service. Please use PALS as your first line of contact so that we can try and sort any issues or problems for you. PALS can be reached on:

NHS e-Referral service

If you have been referred to a hospital or clinic through the NHS e-Referral Service (previously known as Choose and Book), booking your appointment online is easy, safe and secure.

You will need:

The Booking reference number stated on the booking letter

The Password you received from your referrer (e.g. GP practice)

If you have been referred but do not have your booking reference number or password, please contact the person or organisation who referred you.
