Parents Lucy Downes and Lea Aucott from Nuneaton celebrated Valentine’s Day with their second baby born at George Eliot Hospital Maternity Unit.
Baby Florie Valentine was the second baby delivered on Valentine’s Day, arriving at 8:14am and weighing 7lbs 11oz.
Midwives at the hospital had given Florie and all the babies born on Valentine’s day a little heart bib, to celebrate their arrival on this special day.
Proud dad Lea said: ”We are going to celebrate Valentine’s Day at home later with some sleep hopefully, if Florie allows it.”
Delighted mum Lucy said: “We arrived at 1.00am this morning and the maternity staff supported us all night. We would like to thank them for their support.
