Poverty proofing consultation with staff and visitors to Maternity

Local charity Children North East are working with George Eliot Hospital to carry out Poverty Proofing consultations with staff and visitors on the Maternity Ward. Poverty proofing is a programme that helps teams to identify and overcome the barriers individuals face in accessing healthcare and related community services. 

Consultation will be based at Nirvana Room on the dates below.

9am to 1pm, Tuesday 5th April

9am to 1pm, Wednesday 13th April

9am to 1pm, Tuesday 19th April

2pm to 6pm, Tuesday 26th April

2pm to 6pm, Tuesday 26th April

2pm to 6pm, Tuesday 28th April

9am to 1pm, Friday 29th April

2pm to 6pm, Tuesday 3rd May

9am to 1pm, Thursday 5th May

9am to 1pm, Monday 9th May

The consultations will be an informal, confidential discussion of your experience and will help the hospital to deliver accessible services for all.
