Specialists from George Eliot Hospital will be hosting a special health care awareness evening on Thursday 13 March.
Members of the Trust’s orthopaedics team will be on hand to talk about orthopaedic issues such as osteoporosis, fractures and joint replacements as well as fractures in the elderly.
Orthopaedic consultants, Mr Wilfred Quarcoopome, Mr Raj Reddy and Mr Dhia Sharif and their colleagues from the orthopaedic team will deliver a presentation and take questions.
The event will be held in the George Eliot Training and Education Centre (GETEC), starting a 6.30pm. Refreshments will be served from 6pm and parking is free. There will also be the opportunity for people to receive a free health check.
