A team of maternity staff from George Eliot Hospital completed the seven hour trek up and down Mount Snowdon in support of their colleagues.
Eighteen team members including midwives, a doctor, health care assistants, support staff, friends and family members scaled the peak to raise funds for staff wellbeing initiatives in the department.
Lisa Preston a midwife member of the team said: “We all made it. Everyone was amazing. We all worked so hard and it was a fantastic achievement. We had sun on the way up and rain on the way down, some had snow!”
