Proud parents Lisa and James Derrington, from Hartshill celebrated the New Year with their second baby at George Eliot Hospital Maternity Unit.
Baby Archie was the only baby delivered at the hospital on New Year’s Day, arriving at 6pm and weighing 8lbs 1 oz.
Happy mum Lisa said: “We’ve had very good care here. We had the same room in the delivery suite as we did with our first child, as well as the same surgeon and midwife – it made it all a lot easier!”
