Camp Hill GP led health centre

The George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust recently became one of the first hospital trusts in the country to open a GP led health centre.

The centre in Camp Hill is open from 8am-8pm, 365 days a year and provides a range of health services including GP services, nurse led clinics, health screening, care of long-term health conditions, physiotherapy, podiatry, minor surgery, family planning services and healthy living advice.

In addition to planned appointments, the centre provides 'walk-in' services for urgent care that does not require accident and emergency treatment.

Anyone wishing to register with the new practice can do so by completing a form that will transfer their registration. Anyone in the Nuneaton area (click here to see the boundaries for registration) can call in to register with the new service.
