Membership
Although the Trust is no longer pursuing foundation trust status as a 'standalone' organisation, our local membership could not be more important. It is absolutely vital that we maintain our links and communications with those members who have pledged their support for the hospital. Although we are in the very early days of developing options for a new organisational 'shape', one of our key aims is to maintain local accountability for local services and that includes involving and communicating with our members.
As we progress with our project to find our 'model for the future' we will be asking our members for their views and their involvement in shaping the options to secure a sustainable future for local services. Our view is that there will always be a role for our members in terms of supporting the George Eliot Hospital and the services that will continue to be provided from this site.
With this in mind, we are still very keen to hear from anyone who would liek to become a member and if you have any questions or concerns, the please use the enquiry facility on the web site.
If you have a question that you would like answering, please contact on the 'contact us' facility on the left hand side of the web site.
