Thoughtful Tesco donated a few of their Christmas gifts to the George Eliot Hospital this week. Staff from the Ricoh store in Coventry brought along sacks of toys and other gifts to share with the hospital.
Tesco (Ricoh) representatives including Community Champion Dietmar Bruck and Service Manager, Andrew Crutchlow visited the George Eliot Hospital Rosie Goodwin, Children’s Assessment unit to donate toys and other gifts. The donation was the idea of Tesco staff member Mick Timms who had also come along with his colleagues to present the gifts.
Fundraising Coordinator, Jean Whittaker MBE said: “We would like to thank everyone at Tesco for their kind donations and continued support to the George Eliot Hospital.
“We are extremely grateful for their special contribution which will be used to share with children or to help buy equipment within the hospital.”
