Quality Accounts are an important way for local NHS services to report on quality and show improvements in the services they deliver to local communities and stakeholders. Our Quality Account for 2014/15 is a report about the quality of services being delivered at your local hospital which are measured by looking at patient safety, the effectiveness of treatments that patients receive and patient feedback about the care provided. The report contains sections on looking back and reflecting on quality improvement priorities for the 2014/15 year and also going sets our quality improvement priorities for the current 2015/16 year.
