Staff at the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust were given a kind donation of 2000 ice scrapers to help them travel safely through the winter months by local garage, Paynes of Hinckley.
Paynes representative Beverley Buggea popped along to the hospital to deliver their seasonal donation to the hospital staff. The ice scrapers are currently being distributed out to staff.
Fundraising Coordinator, Jean Whittaker MBE said: “We would like to thank Paynes Garage for the kind donation of the ice scrapers. These will help to ensure our staff are able to travel to work safely throughout the upcoming winter months. It’s great that our staff have been thought of by Paynes garage, it is most appreciated.’
