Looking for inspiration on leaving school, college or University or even a change of direction in your career….
George Eliot Hospital is working in partnership with local public services to hold a Careers Open Day on June 4 th 2016 – 10-2pm
The Open Day is being held in the George Eliot Education and Training department centre (GETEC) on the hospital site and will be an opportunity for the public to visit and see what careers are open to them from work experience, and apprenticeships through to nursing careers or public and military services.
We will have a wealth of information available to take away alongside experts in the various fields to answer questions as well as an opportunity to see the purpose built training areas we have for staff.
George Eliot Hospital Director of Nursing, Michelle Norton said: “George Eliot has been part of the local community since 1948 and is a fantastic place to work. We’ll have our own staff on hand to share their experiences and it is a great opportunity to team up with some of our local partner agencies. We have a wide range of services to share information about and look forward to welcoming everyone.”
Everyone is welcome to visit us to find out what we have on offer- no booking required.
