George Eliot Hospital is holding the first of its nursing recruitment events to appoint to a variety of jobs within the Trust on Saturday 28 th April 2018.
The Trust will be showcasing a wide range of clinical roles across the hospital as well as exciting opportunities for future apprentices. Staff will be on hand to describe what it is like working at the hospital, the positions available and how to apply for posts. Nursing interviews will be available on the day for qualified applicants and staff from the hospital will be available to answer questions about available job roles at the Trustand describe what opportunities there are for your future development too. Support and advice about completing applications forms will also be available for interested applicants.
A second event is also planned for 30th June 2018. Both events will be held from 10am to 2pm in the George Eliot Hospital Education and Training Centre (GETEC).
Chief Executive, Kath Kelly said: “As a trained nurse myself, I know how important our nurses are within ‘Team Eliot’ and strongly encourage potential recruits to come along and find out about working within our friendly and caring hospital.”
Third year student nurses should also save the date for 8th May or 31st July 2018. The Trust is holding two Student Nurse Recruitment Days for 3rd year students only (8.30 – 12 noon). Our experienced team of staff will be showcasing a wide range of clinical roles across the hospital. Nursing Interviews will be held on the day and will include a one to one interview, team scenario and a nursing maths test. Conditional jobs offers will be offered at these events.
