George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust is inviting patients and members of the public to find out about its local hospital at our Annual General Meeting.
This year’s AGM is due to take place in the George Eliot Hospital Education and Training Centre (GETEC), College Street, Nuneaton from 6pm – 7:30pm on Wednesday, 26 July 2017.
The Trust will be celebrating its achievements, and outlining the challenges it has faced over the last year.
Our AGM gives us the opportunity to feedback to our local community about our performance, how we managed our budget and our future plans. The George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust annual report will be presented at the meeting.
Despite a challenging year the AGM is an opportunity to share our successes and showcase our investment in hospital services over the last 12 months, including our brand new state of the art MRI suite, Solomon Macey Endoscopy Unit, refurbished maternity delivery suite, and a new energy centre.
The event will also be looking forward and showcase many of our future plans and investments to enhance the care and safety of our patients.
As always, following this review of the year there will be an open question and answer session and a chance to speak with senior staff before the event closes.
Anyone is welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting. Free parking is available from 5:30 to 7:30 in Car Park 2 (purple car park) for people attending the AGM. This is situated opposite the GETEC centre.
