Whistleblowing Policy
We appreciate that there may be occasions where colleagues have concerns about issues in the Trust, but do not always feel they can raise them in the normal manner.
This is why we have put together our frank Whistle-blowing policy which details the approach to be taken if you have any concerns about the way services are delivered, the care of patients, etc.
It is expected that genuine attempts will be made to resolve such concerns with an appropriate Trust manager before any reference is made to an external body.
