George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust's Board of Directors has approved a further £100k of investment for new midwives.

Home oxygen service assessment and review (HOSAR)
The Trust recently started using a new HOSAR. Existing LTOT patients are very pleased with the benefits that the service offers. And newly referred patients are confident that their oxygen therapy will be closely monitored and reviewed. The Trust's HOSAR team has produce an update on the service and a reminder on how to refer to it.

Physiotherapy back pain service
The Trust's back pain service, lead by physiotherapists Sandra Jepson and Catherine Picton, has been up and running since 2001 and it continues to develop over time. The aim of the service is to ensure that all back pain referrals from GPs are triaged appropriately and placed on the correct part of the back pain pathway.
