Your Stay

What to bring:

This is a general list of items we would advise you to bring to hospital.
 

• Your admission letter
• Hand held records (if any)
• Any current medication
• The name and address of your GP
• The name, address and telephone numbers of your next of kin
• Nightwear/daywear as appropriate
• Dressing gown and slippers
• Toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, tissues, towels, soap, shaving materials etc
• Hand wipes for before meals
• Books/magazines
• A small amount of money

Please do not bring any electrical equipment that requires a mains supply.

Please do not bring with you:

• anything that is of value
• mobile phones
• or large amounts of cash.

We will not accept responsibility for these items.
