How to make a complaint
As a Trust we will do all that we can to resolve any issues you may have with the care provided to you or someone else, or any aspect of the services we provide. We will also take appropriate action, wherever possible, to prevent a reoccurrence of problems. No person will be discriminated against because of a complaint but if worry about this is preventing you from telling us of your complaint or concern, please talk to a member of the PALS team or the Customer Services Department.

How to pay us a compliment or make a suggestion
A "Thank You" is always welcome, whatever you do, whoever you are. Please tell us if you are happy with our service.
