Organisational Structure

The Executive Team is responsible for managing the performance of the operational and strategic functions of the organisation.

Patient services are divided into Directorates - these are headed by the Director of Operations and managed by a Clinical Director, a General Manager and a matron/head of department.
 

The Directorates are:

Surgery
Medicine
Women’s and Children’s
Support Services (diagnostics, such as pathology and x-ray) and Estates and Facilities.
 

There is also a ‘Corporate and Commercial Services’ department which incorporates Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Communications and Patient and Public Involvement.
