Tripartite formal agreement

This tripartite formal agreement (TFA) confirms the commitments being made by the NHS Trust, their Strategic Health Authority (SHA) and the Department of Health (DH) that will enable achievement of NHS Foundation Trust (FT) status before April 2014.
